Katie Chullino, Pastor
I am an Io-radan. Born, raised, and educated in Iowa, I moved to Colorado in 2012 with my husband, Chili. I come most recently from Englewood where I have served as a small church pastor for six years.
My passion in ministry is for leading people of all ages and abilities to be part of God’s work in the world. When I’m not pastoring, you can probably find me making pottery, crocheting, homebrewing, or playing my euphonium in a community band—ways I feel a part of God’s work outside the church and in the world.

Nancy Tiff, Office Coordinator
As office coordinator, I joined the staff of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in August of 2004. Along with primary duties of office administration and management, I must coordinate building use for two congregations, Bethlehem and Light of Christ, and for various outside groups that use our facility.
I absolutely love my job here at Bethlehem and the people with whom I work. Every day is different and challenging as I keep up with council and a multitude of projects. The fellowship we share is one of the best things about Bethlehem; there’s something for everyone. Family is very important to me, and Bethlehem is a family church.
In addition to my managerial responsibilities, keeping an eye on our senior population is a ministry I especially enjoy. This probably stems from my teenaged years working at a local care center. Our elders have stories and history that they need to share and we need to hear.

Gary Knutson, Faith Formation Interim Director
I served as a Director of Youth and Family Ministry for 19 years between two ELCA congregations in Highlands Ranch, CO and Southlake, TX. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland while serving as a Military Policeman in the Army from 1982-1992. I enjoy golf, fishing, Alabama football, and peanut brittle. My wife Helen, our dog Jazzy, and I moved to Longmont August 2022.
You can contact Gary at faithformation@bethlehem-lutheran.net.

Ray Leake, Pianist
As a professional musician, I have shared my talent and love of music with Bethlehem for several years now. Before coming to Bethlehem, I played at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church for 26 years.
I have written several piano/organ arrangements for Bethlehem’s Christmas and Easter services as well as a Jazz Gospel service. Held twice a year on Pentecost and All Saints Day, Jazz Gospel includes a seven-piece Dixieland Band and offers both an uplifting experience and a joyous celebration.
My “real” job consists of teaching private piano lessons, playing with and writing arrangements for several bands, writing orchestral arrangements that have been performed by the Jefferson Symphony, and frequent gigging.

Karen Haag, Bookkeeper
Hello! I joined the staff of Bethlehem Lutheran Church as the bookkeeper in the fall of 2017. As you can guess, I’m responsible for paying bills, monitoring expenses, payroll and, generally, keeping track of the church finances. I am also responsible for the same duties for our Cornerstone Preschool. I bring previous experience as a church bookkeeper to my position here at Bethlehem Lutheran.
I am a life-long Lutheran and attended Thiel Lutheran College in Greenville, PA, along with the University of Maryland. My 44 years of living in the Washington, DC area included 33 years in the financial industry, primarily in residential mortgage financing and retail banking.
I really enjoy being part of the supportive and friendly staff and congregation of Bethlehem Lutheran Church. I can be reached at bookkeeper@bethlehem-lutheran.net

Tiffany Beisner, Administrator

My handy work includes the weekly bulletin, monthly newsletter, weekly email, and website management. I grew up here in Northern Colorado and earned my B.A. Business from CSU. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my kiddos!
